Alissa Williams LLC provides digital tools, templates, dashboards, systems, and consulting services designed to support household management and daily operations. Due to the nature of our offerings, refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below. - Digital Products (Non-Refundable)
All digital products— including templates, planners, dashboards, spreadsheets, workflows, and downloadable materials— are non-refundable.
Because all digital products are delivered instantly, we cannot revoke access once the product has been downloaded or opened.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase. - Consulting Services
Payments for consulting sessions, system setup, and strategy calls are non-refundable once service has been delivered or scheduled.
If you need to reschedule a session:
• You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance
• Rescheduling is allowed once per booking
Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable. - Exceptions (Rare)
Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:
• Duplicate purchases
• Accidental multiple charges
• A technical issue where the product was never delivered and cannot be resent
• A documented system error on our platform
All exceptions are reviewed individually and approved at our sole discretion. - Unauthorized Sharing or Chargebacks
Downloading or accessing a product does not grant permission to:
• Resell
• Redistribute
• Share
• Modify for commercial use
Initiating a chargeback after product delivery is considered unauthorized use and may result in:
• Account restriction
• Revocation of access to all future products
• Legal action if necessary - How to Request Support
If you experience issues with a digital product (unable to download, corrupted file, incorrect link), we will replace the file at no charge.

• Processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider - Policy Updates
